This week is 3,3,3,7.
Yesterday the heat index was 105 and it was 102 degrees. Today it is the same and tomorrow it will be the same. Friday we go down to 99 degrees! I am not able to run in the early morning because my husband leaves very, VERY early. That leaves me with the evenings. Last night I ran close to 7pm and it was still 98 degrees. The heat is rough!
I canceled our gym membership because I knew how much I would be running and how 99.9% of my runs needed to be outdoors. Treadmill should be a total backup! Plus we are saving money by not going to the gym! :)
As much as the heat makes a run difficult, I think by the end of the Summer I should be in the best shape ever. I just don't think I can sweat this much and not become more fit!
