I did my speed work this morning and got to run around 9:30am before it got too hot. I have hired a babysitter for the next month to come three days a week! VERY EXCITED! She helped me when i was training for the Austin Marathon and the kids love her.
Week 8 is here and in Texas, it will be a HOT one! When I saw the forecast this morning I had to grab my phone and take a picture!
