3, core and arms!

I'm trying to build my mileage back up since it's now been a month since the marathon. But I am also working out at a gym so it's kind of a distraction but a nice one because I can focus on my core and arms. Working on my core will make me a stronger runner! Now if I can just be more focused on doing more spin classes, that would be great! I have to find someone brave enough to join me!

Excited about June! Marathon training will begin!
