It's kind of exciting getting up while it's dark and everyone is still sleeping and running your butt off. I got to run the first 5 with some friends who were also out. They turned around at the Walmart and I turned at the Dell Diamond to make an even 13!

Incredible run and worship with my Lord! This morning while at church, my friend Becky said "hey, how was your half marathon this morning?" WOW! I ran a half this morning!

Okay so this week is recovery week! 3, 7, 4 and 10. Then the next week is a 15 mile long run! CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Chicago is getting closer! Week 9 is here!
