3 (Thursday)

3 miles of misery. Why?

I forgot to eat lunch. Yes forgot.

My mind was all over the place.

A truck followed me around.

Lack of food, distracted mind and stalkers make for a BAD 3 miler!

Later when it cools of I have a 6 miler and then I will be done with the first week of marathon training.

  1. Ughh! I've done that also. Even 3 miles on an empty stomach can deplete you of all energy. And a stalker to boot, yikes! I hope your 6 miler was better. Even so great job on getting in your miles with all that going on.
