training run week 1, day 2 (3 miles)

I know I should be enjoying the week of light running and I am. But I must admit I am a mile junkie and the more miles, the more excited I get! The hard weeks will be here before I know it so I want to enjoy.

Last night i did not feel like running. I was in Dallas for a night and when I got home, I was drained. But seeing the Chicago Marathon plan printed out and hanging up on my fridge is great motivation for me. So I did it!

Some runs are awesome. Some are blazing hot and difficult. This one was kind of all of the above!
